Role Overview Aaytham Consulting (AYC) is a fast-growing business transformation firm helping emerging businesses scale through strategy, marketing, operations, HR, and technology solutions. We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive with solid experience in agency or service-sector sales to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently identify opportunities, pitch service offerings with confidence, and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, referrals, networking events, and market research - Pitch AYC's consulting and service offerings to prospective clients across sectors including healthcare, education, F&B, retail, and social impact - Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable service solutions - Prepare and present proposals, quotations, scope documents, and presentations in coordination with internal teams - Negotiate commercials and close deals in alignment with company targets and objectives - Build strong post-onboarding client relationships and support long-term account retention - Regularly follow up with existing clients to gauge satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and support account renewals - Maintain a healthy and updated pipeline of prospective and active clients using CRM tools Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in agency sales, consulting, branding, digital services, or any service-sector environment - Proven track record of acquiring new client accounts and converting leads into paying clients - Strong understanding of service-based selling and B2B client relationship management - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Self-starter with strong follow-up discipline, ownership mindset, and business acumen - Comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and direct client engagement - Prior experience in healthcare, education, F&B, marketing, or consulting sectors is an added advantage Why Join Us AYC is a dynamic consulting firm led by experienced professionals with global exposure, offering a performance-driven culture with incentives tied to revenue closures and client retention. Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in agency, consulting, or service-sector sales - Proven ability to acquire new clients and close B2B deals - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Experience with cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and direct client meetings - Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel or Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset - B2B sales experience strongly preferred - Background in healthcare, education, marketing, branding, or digital services is an advantage
