Associate Relationship Manager - Affordable Home Loans

Role Overview IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Associate Relationship Manager to join the Affordable Mortgage Loans team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing home loan relationships from application to disbursement, and delivering outstanding service to every customer. Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new market opportunities through canopy activities, leaflet distribution, cold calling, and other local engagement initiatives to generate leads and acquire new customers. - Service and follow up on leads received through front-line sales teams, cross-sell channels, and other internal or external referral sources in a timely and effective manner. - Achieve individual targets for income generation, product sales, and new client onboarding as defined by the business. - Manage the complete customer lifecycle from loan login to final disbursement, including documentation, customer counselling, fulfilment, and hand-holding through the sanction and disbursal stages. - Take proactive steps to ensure new customers do not become non-starters, and support the collections team in following up on EMI defaults when required. - Build and maintain strong relationships with local builders, business communities, and potential channel partners to expand the bank's market presence and outreach. Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university. - 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services preferred. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills. - Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and the ability to work independently in the field. - Basic understanding of home loan products and mortgage processes is an advantage.
