Associate Manager Acquisition Household Savings Accounts

Role Overview IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager for Acquisition in the Household segment to join its Branch Banking team in Delhi. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and growing a loyal client base for a leading private sector bank. You will play a key part in expanding the bank's savings account portfolio by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new customers from your designated catchment area. Key Responsibilities - Acquire new savings account customers from the identified household segment and generate quality referrals from the assigned catchment area - Ensure high-quality customer acquisition with the right mix of product, constitution, and customer segment - Onboard new customers and activate them on the bank's digital banking platforms - Assist the Senior Sales Manager in catchment mapping, branch scoping, and territory analysis exercises - Conduct regular field activities and engagement drives in the catchment area to attract HNI and premium customers - Share consistent feedback with the Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager regarding customer needs and emerging market opportunities - Work on key central sales initiatives and generate referrals from the existing customer base - Collaborate with internal teams and support functions to deliver comprehensive product and service solutions to customers - Ensure full adherence to sales compliance standards, internal SOPs, and all applicable regulatory guidelines Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management - 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, banking, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset - Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with prospective customers Why Join Us IDFC FIRST Bank offers a fast-paced, high-growth environment where ambitious professionals can build a rewarding career in retail banking.
