Role Overview Apptio, an IBM company, is a global leader in technology spend and value management, helping enterprises make smarter financial and operational decisions across IT, multi-cloud FinOps, and product development. As an Associate Customer Success Manager for the ApptioOne product suite, you will play a central role in driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term retention across a dedicated portfolio of B2B clients. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with a background in IT Finance, SaaS, or technology consulting who thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistently positive product experience - Monitor customer usage patterns and product adoption metrics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to drive value - Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with customer goals and business outcomes - Deliver clear and compelling product presentations and business reviews to both individual stakeholders and group audiences - Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and support to advocate for customer needs and ensure timely resolution of escalations - Track and report on key customer success metrics including renewal readiness, adoption rates, and satisfaction scores Required Qualifications - Minimum 3-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field - 1 to 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a focus on customer success, account management, or related functions - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation - Proficiency with CRM platforms and customer success tools - Familiarity with analytics, data visualisation, and insight-driven decision making - Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts; hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI is an advantage - Background in IT Finance, Technology departments, or Digital and Agile teams is preferred Why Join Us At IBM Apptio, you will be part of a globally recognised team that is redefining how enterprises manage their technology investments through AI-powered insights and FinOps best practices. Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of B2B SaaS or customer success experience - Minimum 3-year college degree in a relevant discipline - Strong communication and relationship management skills - Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms - Proficiency in analytics and data visualisation tools - Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts including AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI - Background in IT Finance or Technology departments is preferred - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
