Role Overview
Omega Healthcare is looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Manager - Delivery to oversee the end-to-end delivery of healthcare services to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in healthcare operations or BPO service delivery who are eager to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing organization. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance across all service delivery functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver high-quality healthcare services to clients while maintaining consistent service standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery at all times
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and service quality
- Analyze customer feedback on a regular basis and drive actionable changes to enhance client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and support new business development opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and healthcare industry standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare management services or a closely related field
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience with CRM tools, IT-enabled services, or BPO operations is an added advantage
- Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable
