Assistant Manager and Manager - BPO Telecommunication Sales

Role Overview NTT DATA, Inc. is looking for experienced operations leaders to take on Assistant Manager and Manager roles within its BPO Telecommunication Sales vertical. This is a full-time leadership position where you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery across team performance, SLA adherence, client communication, and overall operational governance. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in international voice processes and thrives in a target-driven sales environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage teams of approximately 25 agents per team lead layer, ensuring consistent output and high morale - Drive revenue targets, SLAs, and KPIs across the operations floor - Own performance reviews, individual goal setting, and overall team productivity planning - Analyze operational data and publish accurate daily and weekly performance dashboards - Oversee attrition management, coordinate with hiring teams, and align on training requirements - Ensure strict compliance with client guidelines, process documentation, and quality standards - Handle client-facing interactions, periodic review calls, and escalation management - Identify and implement process improvements and effective sales strategies - Continuously monitor quality, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency across the team Required Qualifications - 5 to 10 or more years of experience in BPO or sales operations leadership roles - Proven experience managing international voice processes at scale - Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively - Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on operational metrics - Excellent stakeholder communication skills with client-facing readiness - Telecom sales experience is an added advantage - Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable Why Join Us NTT DATA, Inc. is a globally recognized IT services leader that values operational excellence and employee growth.
