Assistant Manager and Manager - BPO Telecommunication Sales

Role Overview NTT DATA, Inc. is looking for experienced leaders to take on Assistant Manager and Manager roles within its BPO Telecommunication Sales division in Gurugram. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position focused on end-to-end operational delivery, ensuring team performance, client satisfaction, and process compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in BPO or sales operations and a proven ability to drive results through people and data. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and guide teams of up to 25 agents per team leader layer, ensuring daily operational efficiency - Drive revenue targets, SLAs, and KPIs while monitoring overall team productivity - Conduct performance reviews, set individual and team goals, and align training to operational needs - Prepare and publish daily and weekly dashboards by analyzing operational reports - Manage attrition, coordinate with hiring teams, and ensure smooth onboarding and training alignment - Ensure all team activities remain compliant with client guidelines and established processes - Handle client interactions, participate in review meetings, and manage escalations professionally - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective sales strategies - Monitor quality parameters and operational efficiency to maintain high service standards Required Qualifications - 5 to 10 or more years of experience in BPO or sales operations environments - Prior experience managing international voice processes - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle large teams - Deep understanding of sales operations and performance metrics - Excellent communication skills with client-facing readiness - Data-driven approach to decision-making and conflict resolution - Experience in telecom sales is an added advantage - Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable Why Join Us NTT DATA, Inc. is a globally recognized IT services and consulting organization with a strong reputation for employee satisfaction and operational excellence.
