Job Description

Role Overview Omega Healthcare is actively hiring AR Callers and Senior AR Callers to join its growing Revenue Cycle Management team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, permanent night shift role suited for professionals with hands-on experience in US healthcare billing and AR follow-up processes. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days are strongly preferred for this urgent opening. Key Responsibilities - Follow up with US insurance companies to track and resolve outstanding claim statuses - Manage denial resolution and escalate complex or unresolved claims to the appropriate teams - Process and manage physician billing using CMS 1500 forms in line with US healthcare guidelines - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claim interactions and outcomes - Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to physician billing and AR follow-up - Consistently meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets set by operations Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling, denial management, or RCM processes - Solid working knowledge of CMS 1500 forms, physician billing, and US healthcare systems - Strong English communication skills with prior international voice process experience being mandatory - Ability to analyse and resolve complex AR scenarios independently Why Join Us Omega Healthcare offers a competitive salary package with performance-linked benefits and a fast-track career growth path within the healthcare domain. Requirements
