AR Caller / Senior AR Caller – Physician Billing

Role Overview Omega Healthcare is aggressively expanding its US Physician Billing team in Chennai and is looking to onboard 30 skilled AR Callers and Senior AR Callers with hands-on experience in US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions for US healthcare physician billing accounts. Work on denial resolution, claim rejections, and Letters of Authorisation to bring accounts to closure. Contact US insurance carriers directly via phone to follow up on outstanding claims and document all actions taken in billing summary notes. Collaborate closely with team leaders to maintain client deliverable quality. Review incoming emails for claim updates, identify recurring issues, and escalate unresolved matters to supervisors promptly. Maintain and update daily production logs and adhere strictly to all company policies and standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in US Medical Billing is mandatory — freshers will not be considered. Strong foundational knowledge of US healthcare concepts and Revenue Cycle Management. Proven expertise in Denial Management and Physician Billing using CMS1500 claim forms. Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written English. Proficiency in calling and liaising with US insurance companies. Ability to meet client productivity targets within stipulated timelines and ensure accurate, timely follow-up on pending claims.
