Role Overview
NTT DATA, Inc. is looking for motivated freshers and early-career professionals to join its US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team in Chennai as AR Callers. This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-office night shift role supporting US-based healthcare clients. Candidates will be part of a globally recognized BPO organisation handling international voice and non-voice processes for American insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will make outbound calls to US insurance carriers to follow up on and recover outstanding Accounts Receivable balances on behalf of healthcare providers. You will handle customer queries both over the phone and in written communication, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction levels. Additional duties include reviewing and analysing medical insurance claims for accuracy and compliance, conducting routine research to address patient or insurance-related inquiries, and applying established business rules to arrive at appropriate decisions. You are also expected to continuously build knowledge of US healthcare insurance products, policies, and internal processes.

A high school diploma or any undergraduate degree is required. Candidates must be comfortable working US time zone hours from Monday through Friday, with flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts based on business needs. Basic computer proficiency on Windows-based systems — including keyboard navigation, screen handling, and learning new software — is essential. Prior experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role involving written or verbal communication in English is an advantage. All selected candidates will be required to complete an orientation and process training programme and pass a proficiency assessment before going live.
