Job Description

Role Overview Omega Healthcare is looking for experienced AR Callers to join its growing Revenue Cycle Management team across Chennai and Bengaluru. This is a full-time permanent role suited for professionals with hands-on experience in AR calling, denial management, and US healthcare billing processes. Key Responsibilities - Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other relevant stakeholders - Verify and authorise patient demographics, medical records, and insurance information to ensure accurate and timely billing - Research and identify root causes of claim denials, file appeals, and resolve discrepancies within established timelines - Collaborate with internal billing and operations teams to maintain smooth communication and support efficient revenue cycle management Required Qualifications - 1 to 7 years of experience in AR calling, Revenue Cycle Management, or a related field - Solid understanding of US healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and industry standards - Strong voice processing and communication skills for handling calls with patients and insurance representatives - Proficiency in denial handling, claims authorisation, and denial management workflows - Experience with physician billing and RCM tools is an added advantage Why Join Us Omega Healthcare is one of India's leading healthcare BPO organisations with a strong global presence and a reputation for employee growth and operational excellence. Requirements

- 1 to 7 years of experience in AR calling or Revenue Cycle Management - Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations and payer standards - Proficiency in denial management and denial handling processes - Experience with claims authorisation and insurance verification - Good voice processing and telephonic communication skills - Familiarity with physician billing and RCM tools - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
