Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Analyst II specializing in Voice Biometrics and Contact Centre Technologies for our Pune office. This role requires a subject matter expert with extensive hands-on experience in voice biometrics solutions, telecommunications infrastructure, and cloud platforms. You will work on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing voice biometric systems in a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain voice biometrics solutions using Nuance and related technologies
- Manage Genesys architecture and integration of multiple communication channels
- Oversee system stability, scalability, and continuous improvements for contact centre infrastructure
- Handle vendor communication and relationship management with Genesys, Nuance, and Cisco
- Configure and optimize NGT ecosystems including SBC, SIP, networking, and voice components
- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure and network topology interconnectivity
- Lead hands-on project implementation and deployment of voice biometrics gatekeeper solutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunications with focus on contact centre technologies
- Minimum 5 years dedicated experience with voice biometrics technologies including Nuance
- Hands-on expertise with Genesys architecture and multi-channel integration
- Proficiency in cloud platforms AWS and Azure
- Strong understanding of NGT, SBC, SIP, networking, and voice infrastructure
- Familiarity with networking topologies and LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Experience in financial industry is preferred
- Project implementation experience with voice biometrics solutions and gatekeeper systems
- Any graduate or postgraduate qualification
