Analyst - Employee Listening and People Analytics

Role Overview Nestle is looking for a People Analytics and Employee Listening Analyst to join its NBS Gurugram team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the rollout of the Employee Listening strategy across markets and zones, working closely with the Zone AoA People Analytics Team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for HR stakeholders seeking guidance on analytics tools, survey methodologies, data visualization, and governance. Key Responsibilities - Support the end-to-end rollout of the Employee Listening strategy and collect, analyze, and present insights at the Market and Zone level - Act as a consultant to Market SPOCs on employee listening tools, survey design, data analysis, and visualization best practices - Implement and continuously improve standards, frameworks, and methodologies within Qualtrics, including providing technical support to users - Prepare and maintain inputs for cross-functional HR master data governance to ensure consistent and seamless HR services across zones, businesses, and markets - Build capability among Employee Listening champions, HR professionals, and line managers in assigned markets - Contribute to HR analytics reporting and support cross-CoC and CoS governance alignment Required Qualifications - Masters degree or equivalent qualification - Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal - Prior experience in an HR function such as Centre of Excellence, Centre of Services, or HRBP - Demonstrated experience working in a matrix environment with strong influencing and collaboration skills - Strong stakeholder management capabilities across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams - Working knowledge of statistical methods and their application to HR and business problem-solving - Proficiency in Power BI and experience designing and administering employee surveys - Strong project management and client service orientation Why Join Us At Nestle, you will be part of a globally respected organization that champions diversity, innovation, and meaningful impact in the lives of people worldwide.
