Role Overview
Dinoxo is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to head Industrial Food Services business development in Chennai. This is a senior individual contributor role best suited for professionals with deep expertise in contract catering, corporate dining, and hospitality solutions for manufacturing and industrial clients. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure while building lasting relationships with C-suite and facility-level decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across contract catering, corporate dining, industrial food services, cafeteria management, and hospitality solutions in manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with Plant Heads, HR and Admin leaders, Procurement teams, Facility Heads, and CXO-level stakeholders
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities across manufacturing plants, industrial parks, logistics hubs, warehouses, and sectors such as automotive, FMCG, pharma, engineering, and electronics
- Lead the entire sales cycle including prospecting, client presentations, solution design, commercial negotiations, and contract closure
- Collaborate with internal operations and culinary teams to design customised food service and hospitality solutions tailored to client requirements
- Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and new client acquisition targets while maintaining a healthy and active sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
- 12 or more years of experience in industrial sales or business development, preferably within food services, hospitality, or contract catering
- Proven track record of selling employee dining, cafeteria management, and hospitality solutions to large industrial or manufacturing organisations
- Established network of decision-makers across automotive, engineering, FMCG, pharmaceutical, electronics, warehousing, and logistics sectors
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- MBA, Hospitality Management, or Hotel Management qualification preferred
- Prior experience with leading food service, contract catering, corporate dining, or integrated services companies is a strong advantage

Requirements

- Strong consultative selling and commercial negotiation skills
- Experience managing large strategic accounts and new business pipelines
- MBA, Hospitality Management, or Hotel Management degree preferred
