Role Overview
Infobip is a globally recognized full-stack cloud communication platform operating across 75 plus offices on six continents, enabling seamless connectivity for over 80 percent of the world. As Account Head for Growth in the South India Region, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key Tier 1 client relationships while driving business performance through strategic account management and cross-functional coordination. This is a high-impact role for a driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, AI-first work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain trusted partnerships with Tier 1 clients through regular engagement, sharing product roadmaps, and competitive positioning
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client business and technical requirements including escalations, product adoption, and feedback relay to internal teams
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs including gross profit, margin percentage, and cross-sell targets
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Revenue Assurance, Platform Operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless account setup and ongoing service delivery
- Monitor and forecast client traffic to maximize revenue and minimize business risks
- Maintain accurate records of all client engagements, activities, and opportunities in Salesforce
- Contribute to improving internal tools like Qlik and SU by providing constructive feedback
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Infobip product developments
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or business growth roles within the telecom or cloud communication industry
- Strong understanding of client business structures and solution implementation processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and commercial functions
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Ability to analyze traffic data, identify growth opportunities, and take data-driven action
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes
- A passion for continuous learning and team mentorship
