Workforce Management Manager - RCM Healthcare

Role Overview Ascent Business Solutions is hiring an experienced Workforce Management Manager with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management to lead end-to-end workforce planning and real-time operations for AR, billing, and healthcare processes. This is a leadership role responsible for optimising staffing levels, maintaining SLA adherence, driving productivity improvements, and controlling operational costs across RCM functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep analytical expertise and a thorough understanding of US healthcare workflows to manage a high-performance WFM team. Key Responsibilities - Develop accurate volume forecasts based on payer mix, AR inventory, aging buckets, and call volumes to support capacity planning - Design and manage shift rosters that account for US shift requirements, weekend coverage, and peak volume periods - Monitor real-time queue volumes, productivity metrics, claim follow-ups, and aging data to ensure balanced workload distribution - Track and report on key RCM performance metrics including claims per day, calls per day, aging reduction, and SLA turnaround timelines - Publish daily, weekly, and monthly WFM dashboards for stakeholder review - Manage workforce shrinkage factors including leaves, absenteeism, training hours, and attrition planning - Partner with operations teams to plan staffing ramp-ups and ramp-downs based on evolving client requirements - Drive adherence to schedules and take immediate corrective actions to minimise idle time and productivity gaps Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - 10 to 12 years of experience in workforce management with mandatory RCM or healthcare domain background - Strong working knowledge of AR calling workflows, billing cycles, and denial management processes - Solid understanding of US healthcare processes and shift models - Demonstrated analytical thinking and stakeholder management capabilities - Ability to join within 0 to 30 days Why Join Us Ascent Business Solutions offers a dynamic work environment where WFM leaders can make a direct impact on healthcare operations at scale.
