AR Caller - US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management

Key Responsibilities - Review and analyze CMS claim form 1500 to verify accurate billing details and identify discrepancies - Place outbound calls to US insurance payers for claim status follow-ups and resolution - Investigate and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and rejections in a timely manner - Escalate complex or unresolved claims to the appropriate teams or supervisors - Maintain productivity benchmarks and adhere to call quality standards set by the organization - Document all follow-up actions and outcomes accurately in the billing system Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare AR Follow-Up is mandatory - Solid understanding of the end-to-end Provider claim lifecycle - Working knowledge of major US insurance payers and their adjudication processes - Familiarity with denial management, claim resubmissions, and appeals - Any graduate qualification is acceptable - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with insurance representatives Why Join Us Ascent Business Solutions offers competitive compensation along with employee-friendly benefits including two-way transportation, food allowance, and medical insurance coverage.
