Role Overview
Freshworks is seeking a highly skilled Workday HR Technical Lead to optimize and maintain our Workday Human Capital Management system. Based in Bengaluru, you will design complex integrations, configure modules, and partner with HR stakeholders to streamline business processes. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about building seamless enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, Workday Studio, XSLT, and Workday Extend.
- Configure and optimize Workday modules, including Core HR, Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business analytics and decision-making.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot integration errors, and conduct training sessions for HR teams.
- Manage data governance, execute migrations, and audit systems to ensure security and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience with Workday HCM systems, including integrations, reporting, and configuration.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Deep expertise in Workday Studio, PECI/PICOF, SOAP/REST APIs, and security group administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of HR business processes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.

Requirements

- Workday certification is highly preferred.
