Role Overview Navora Ads, a performance-driven digital marketing agency based in Vandalur, Chennai, is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join their creative team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is central to producing high-impact video content for ads, social media campaigns, brand storytelling, and landing pages that drive measurable results for clients across startups, SMEs, and local businesses. Key Responsibilities - Edit and assemble marketing videos using raw footage, graphics, and audio assets for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube - Cut and refine video sequences with transitions, music, and sound effects to align with each campaign's creative brief - Apply professional color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency across formats and platforms - Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, animated titles, lower-thirds, and ad creatives that follow brand guidelines - Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver platform-optimised content - Organise and maintain a structured media library and manage project files efficiently - Stay current with video trends, formats, aspect ratios, and best practices in performance marketing Required Qualifications - Demonstrated proficiency in video editing and video production for marketing and social media campaigns - Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve - Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or similar software for motion graphics creation - Strong skills in color grading for consistent, visually appealing output - Ability to interpret creative briefs and adapt content to various digital platforms and aspect ratios - Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines - A portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior video editing and motion graphics work is required - Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience Why Join Us Navora Ads offers a collaborative, growth-focused environment where creativity meets data-driven strategy, giving you the opportunity to work on diverse campaigns and sharpen your craft alongside an experienced marketing team.
