Valuation Analyst

Role Overview TalentBridge is seeking a Valuation Analyst (REVS Analyst) for our client in Bengaluru. In this onsite role, you will support the valuation process of commercial real estate properties by preparing appraisals, analyzing budgets, and running cash flow projections. You will work closely with MAI-certified appraisers and use Argus Enterprise to build 10-year cash flow models for diverse client funds. Key Responsibilities - Prepare quarterly and annual commercial real estate appraisals in partnership with certified appraisers - Review and analyze property budgets, rent rolls, lease agreements, and historical financial statements - Perform cash flow modeling and portfolio analytics on various real estate funds - Develop 10-year cash flow projections using Argus Enterprise modeling tools - Generate quarterly summary reports and audit cash flows for quality assurance - Assist with administrative and overflow work on active commercial property accounts Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate - Practical experience in commercial real estate valuation and financial modeling - Solid understanding of valuation methodologies, cash flows, and property appraisal approaches - Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to meet strict quarterly deadlines - Experience using Argus Enterprise is a significant advantage Why Join Us This position offers a high-impact learning curve on the valuation of commercial real estate portfolios. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related fields - 2 to 8 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation or financial analysis - Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies - Advanced MS Excel skills (data analysis, cash flows, financial formulas) - Familiarity with Argus Enterprise software is highly preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Professional credentials such as CFA, CPA, CA, FRM, or MRICS are a plus
