User Experience Designer - Motion and Interaction

Role Overview Recro is hiring a Senior Mobile Product Designer with a strong command of motion design and micro-interactions to help shape a premium fintech mobile application. In this role, you will own complete user journeys from concept to production, working alongside engineering teams to deliver pixel-perfect, visually refined experiences. This is an immediate-to-15-day joining opportunity based out of Chennai in a work-from-office setup. Key Responsibilities - Design end-to-end mobile experiences covering onboarding, KYC, rewards, offers, and dashboard journeys - Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and ProtoPie to communicate design intent clearly - Create animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that elevate user engagement and delight - Maintain and continuously evolve the mobile design system including components, interaction states, and dark mode variants - Partner closely with developers during implementation to ensure designs are executed with precision - Leverage AI-powered design tools and 3D platforms such as Spline for visual exploration and asset creation Required Qualifications - 4 to 7 years of experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications with a strong portfolio - Demonstrated expertise in Figma, interactive prototyping, and scalable design systems - Hands-on experience with motion design tools including After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or ProtoPie - Sound understanding of iOS and Android interaction patterns and platform guidelines - Strong visual design fundamentals including typography, color theory, spacing, and iconography - Prior experience in fintech, loyalty, consumer internet, or similar premium app environments is preferred Why Join Us This is a rare opportunity to shape the look, feel, and motion language of a premium fintech product from the ground up with a talented cross-functional team. - 4 to 7 years of mobile product design experience - Strong portfolio showcasing mobile UX, UI, and motion design - Proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping - Experience with After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or ProtoPie - Knowledge of iOS and Android design patterns - Solid visual design skills including typography, color, and iconography - Background in fintech, payments, loyalty, or consumer internet products preferred - Familiarity with Spline or 3D design tools is a plus - Basic understanding of React Native implementation is advantageous
