US Healthcare Non-Voice Process Executive

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join its US Healthcare Non-Voice Process team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited for graduates with a background or keen interest in healthcare BPO operations. Selected candidates will work in a structured office environment supporting US-based healthcare clients through accurate medical records management and information processing. Key Responsibilities As part of the US Healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for handling the release of medical information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and established organisational standards. Your day-to-day work will involve retrieving and returning patient medical charts, scanning and transmitting medical records accurately and on schedule, and performing rigorous quality checks to ensure correctness, confidentiality, and appropriate invoicing. You will also be expected to address incoming client requests through multiple channels including mail correspondence, phone inquiries, and facsimile retrieval based on client-specific requirements. Required Qualifications Candidates must hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Electronic Health Records (EHR), authorisation forms, and HIPAA compliance is essential. Strong analytical thinking and basic English communication skills are required. Prior experience in a healthcare setting or a relevant educational background in life sciences or a related field is preferred. Candidates must be willing to work from the Bahadurpally, Hyderabad office location and be available for immediate joining.
