Treasury Analyst

Role Overview Dicetek LLC is looking for a skilled Treasury Analyst to join their Group Treasury team in Chennai. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Treasury, this full-time role is central to supporting treasury operations across multiple countries and business units. The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on experience in corporate treasury, cash management, and bank relationship management within a global organisation. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day cash management and cash flow forecasting activities for the Group - Support liquidity management including debt repayment, interest payments, and FX exposure monitoring - Handle KYC requirements, bank account opening and closure, and bank mandate management - Prepare and maintain treasury reports and support covenants management processes - Liaise with bankers and internal stakeholders across multiple geographies to ensure smooth treasury operations - Assist in the design and roll-out of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) - Monitor FX hedging strategies and currency rate movements - Ensure adherence to treasury best practices with a focus on controls and system efficiencies Required Qualifications - 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar treasury role within a global or multinational company - Treasury or accountancy qualification such as CTP, AMCT, MCT, CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent - Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or a related discipline - Strong knowledge of corporate treasury, cash management, and treasury operations - Understanding of FX hedging, currency movements, and treasury products - Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage - Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us Dicetek LLC offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you will gain exposure to treasury operations across diverse global markets.
