Time & Attendance Support Specialist, HR Systems

Role Overview Magna International is seeking a technical Time & Attendance Support Specialist to support our North American HR and Payroll operations. Located at our Bengaluru office, this role is key to configuring and maintaining Dayforce Workforce Management modules. Key Responsibilities - Provide Dayforce technical support from employee time capture to earnings. - Configure pay policies, entitlements, accruals, and schedule structures. - Liaise with software vendors to resolve core system and database bugs. - Perform compliance audits on WFM configurations and user permissions. - Compile custom HR reports and manage complex database queries. - Execute regression testing for new software versions and hotfixes. Required Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or Business. - Three to five years of experience in system support, preferably Dayforce. - Solid knowledge of HR operations, time capture, and payroll lifecycles. - Strong analytical abilities with a focus on Excel data compilation. - Excellent customer service and technical communication skills.
