Payroll Support Specialist, HR Systems

Role Overview Magna International is seeking a details-oriented Payroll Support Specialist to join our HR Systems team in Bengaluru. In this position, you will configure and support Dayforce payroll modules for our Canadian and US business divisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ensuring legislative compliance and payroll accuracy. Key Responsibilities - Design and maintain complex payroll configurations within Dayforce. - Resolve Tier 3 payroll configuration issues and perform root-cause analysis. - Configure and maintain general ledger mappings and account structures. - Lead payroll enhancements, structural changes, and legislative system updates. - Audit payroll configurations to ensure compliance with organization controls. - Act as the subject matter expert to transfer system knowledge to partners. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in HR, IT, or Business Administration. - Three to five years of experience in HR systems or payroll support. - Solid technical experience with Dayforce modules and payroll logic. - Strong analytical capabilities and Excel spreadsheet skills. - Effective and professional communication and customer service abilities.
