Time & Attendance Support Specialist, HR Systems

Role Overview Magna International is looking for a motivated Time & Attendance Support Specialist to join our global HR Systems team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will support payroll and HR practitioners in Canadian and US operations by configuring Dayforce WFM modules. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dayforce Time and Payroll modules. - Configure and maintain Dayforce WFM policies, accruals, and schedule rules. - Act as the subject matter expert, transferring knowledge to external stakeholders. - Audit system configurations and security access to ensure compliance with controls. - Utilize reporting and analytics to build custom data reports. - Monitor release versions, perform testing, and implement system upgrades. Required Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT. - Three to five years of experience in an HR payroll systems support role. - Solid understanding of Dayforce modules and payroll operations. - Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and critical thinking skills. - High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
