Job Description

Role Overview Hansa Research Group, one of India's leading global market research agencies, is hiring enthusiastic and communicative individuals for the role of Telecaller in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in customer support and BPO operations. You will be part of a dynamic team handling customer interactions across multiple channels while maintaining high standards of service quality. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, chat, and email efficiently - Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining high satisfaction levels - Maintain accurate call logs, documentation, and reports as per process guidelines - Follow all standard operating procedures and defined quality benchmarks - Document every customer interaction in the system with precision - Meet and consistently maintain defined KPIs and service quality metrics Required Qualifications - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Good interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customers professionally - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts for NRI processes - Freshers are welcome to apply; prior BPO or customer support experience is an added advantage - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools preferred Why Join Us Hansa Research Group operates across more than 30 countries and is known for pioneering technology-driven data collection with proprietary tools built for multiple industry verticals.
