Role Overview
CAVITAK is hiring a Techno Commercial Lead in Bengaluru to drive sales and business development for fire alarm and public address systems. This role is responsible for executing channel and project sales strategies, developing partner networks, and coordinating product demos. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of MEP segments and conventional/addressable alarm systems to grow market presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project, channel, and distribution sales for fire alarm and PA systems across Bengaluru
- Identify, develop, and train business partners and system integrators through regular onsite visits
- Conduct cold calls, engage builders, architects, consultants, and generate fresh business leads
- Arrange product demonstrations at client locations in coordination with the business development team
- Prepare and report daily activity metrics in Excel (MIS) to senior management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of sales and commercial coordination experience in fire alarm or PA industries
- Solid understanding of conventional/addressable fire alarm and IP PA systems
- Proven experience working with MEP, architects, consultants, and system integrators
- Strong communication, negotiation, and lead qualification skills
- BE, B.Tech, MBA, or Diploma with equivalent technical domain experience

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project, channel, or distribution sales
- Experience working with Channels, Architects, Consultants, Builders, MEP, and Industrial segments
- Solid technical domain knowledge in Fire Alarm Systems (Conventional & Addressable) and Public Address (PA) systems (Analog and IP)
- Eagerness for cold calling, customer relationship management, and business generation
- BE / B.Tech / MBA / Graduation or ITI / Diploma in a related technical field
