Technical Recruiter - Domestic Contract Staffing

Role Overview Tekskills Inc. is actively looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our growing team at our Chennai office in Ekkatuthangal. This role is focused on Domestic Contract Staffing (C2H and Temporary Staffing) across India and requires someone who can hit the ground running from day one. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred for this full-time opportunity. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT contract and C2H staffing requirements across domestic clients - Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Monster - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, driving timely closures - Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS reports to monitor pipeline status and hiring progress - Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline to meet ongoing and future staffing demands - Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles Required Qualifications - 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in domestic IT contract staffing or C2H recruitment - Proven expertise in the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding - Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills with active use of major job portals - Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships - Please note that experience limited to US IT Recruitment alone will not be considered for this role Why Join Us Tekskills Inc. offers a dynamic work environment where recruitment professionals can sharpen their skills on high-volume domestic staffing mandates.
