Technical Project Manager

Role Overview ValueLabs is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, cloud-native enterprise application built on React JS, Python, and AWS. You will serve as the single point of accountability for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery that meets client expectations. This role demands a rare combination of hands-on technical depth, strong project governance, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal teams and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Own the full project lifecycle from scoping, planning, and estimation through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support - Partner with Solution Architects to validate and guide the technical vision across React JS, Python, Camunda, and AWS, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals - Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies while maintaining team capacity for project demands - Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technology, integration, and delivery by maintaining a risk register and contingency plans - Act as the primary client-facing technical contact, managing stakeholder expectations and delivering regular project status updates - Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and QA specialists, fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement - Ensure adherence to development best practices for building and deploying applications on AWS and drive process improvements for greater efficiency - Provide accurate and concise reporting on project health, risks, and financials to both internal leadership and client executives Required Qualifications - 10 to 15 or more years of experience in the software industry with at least 5 years in a delivery leadership role such as Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager - Proven technical background with hands-on project experience using React JS, Python, and AWS cloud platforms - Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and a strong track record of delivering cloud-native solutions on AWS - Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe is an added advantage - Demonstrated experience managing project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning - Exceptional communication and client-facing skills with the ability to manage and align diverse stakeholders - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred - PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM certifications are highly desirable Why Join Us ValueLabs offers a collaborative, high-performance environment where experienced leaders can make a real impact on complex, cutting-edge enterprise solutions.
