Senior Security Engineer

Role Overview ValueLabs is looking for a skilled Senior Security Engineer to join their team in Bangalore on a full-time, work-from-office basis. This is a development-heavy role requiring a strong hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ developer with solid Java and API integration expertise along with foundational to intermediate SSO knowledge. The ideal professional will have a minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to identity and access management solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement end-to-end SailPoint IIQ solutions aligned with business and security requirements - Build, enhance, and maintain JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) workflows for complete identity lifecycle management - Develop automation scripts and integrations using APIs, Java, PowerShell, and SailPoint OOTB connectors - Manage the complete SDLC including requirements gathering, development, UAT support, security reviews, production deployment, and post-production support - Prepare deployment artifacts, runbooks, and technical documentation - Collaborate closely with operations and infrastructure teams during deployment cycles - Provide support for critical P1 and P2 incidents when required - Contribute to SSO integration activities involving Ping and authentication protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect Required Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience - At least 4 years of hands-on SailPoint IIQ development experience - Minimum 2 years of SSO experience with preference given to Ping platform - Proficiency in Java, PowerShell, and API-based integrations - Strong understanding of SailPoint Workflows, Access Governance, and identity lifecycle management concepts - Working knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OIDC - Experience supporting enterprise-level security and IAM environments Why Join Us ValueLabs offers a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where you can work on impactful identity security projects with a team of experienced professionals.
