Job Description

Role Overview PineQ Lab Technology is actively looking for skilled Technical Customer Support Executives to join its international voice process team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in customer and technical support who are available to join immediately. You will be the first point of contact for international customers seeking assistance with networking and connectivity issues. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer queries through chat, email, and voice calls related to Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, routers, modems, and smart boards - Perform network troubleshooting and guide customers through step-by-step technical resolutions - Log and manage customer interactions accurately using a ticketing and help desk system - Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner while maintaining high satisfaction levels - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective closure of escalated issues Required Qualifications - Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or technical support via chat, email, or calls - Graduate or undergraduate degree holders are eligible to apply - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Prior experience in technical support for networking products is a strong advantage - Must be an immediate joiner with no or very short notice period Why Join Us This role offers you valuable exposure to international processes along with an attractive salary and performance-based incentives.
