Role Overview
PineQ Lab Technology is looking for a skilled Technical Customer Support Executive to join their international voice process team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in customer support and technical troubleshooting who can communicate fluently in English. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via chat, email, and voice calls related to Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, routers, modems, and smart boards
- Perform network troubleshooting and provide step-by-step technical assistance to international customers
- Log and manage customer interactions accurately using ticketing and help desk systems
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure quick and effective issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or technical support via calls, chats, or emails
- Graduate or undergraduate degree holders are eligible to apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
- Prior experience in technical support for networking or hardware products will be an advantage
- Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference
