Talent Nature Manager - Tamil Nadu

Role Overview PW (PhysicsWallah) is looking for a passionate and driven Talent Nature Manager to join their Tamil Nadu team. In this role, you will identify academically promising students, build genuine long-term relationships with them, and guide them toward becoming part of the PW learning ecosystem. This is not a conventional sales role but a trust-driven engagement position where student success and informed decision-making are at the heart of everything you do. Key Responsibilities - Identify high-potential students through academic tests, referrals, outreach events, and community engagement - Analyse student academic performance and maintain a structured pipeline of shortlisted candidates - Connect with students to understand their educational goals, challenges, and aspirations - Clearly communicate the value and benefits of PW offerings to students and their parents - Guide students through personalised and consistent interactions to help them join the PW ecosystem - Build strong trust-based relationships with both students and parents, acting as a mentor-like figure - Maintain regular follow-ups via calls, messages, and academic touchpoints with students who have not yet enrolled - Coordinate with faculty members to provide doubt-solving sessions and academic support to interested students - Ensure prospective students experience the quality of PW education before making a commitment - Track student progress, engagement levels, and conversion funnel data accurately - Maintain detailed records of student interactions and share insights and feedback with the broader team Required Qualifications - Background in JEE, NEET, or competitive exam preparation is strongly preferred - Excellent communication, counselling, and persuasion skills - Strong empathy with a student-first approach to engagement - Proven ability to build relationships and maintain disciplined follow-up practices - Ability to handle objections effectively and re-engage hesitant students - Basic data tracking, reporting, and organisational skills Why Join Us At PW (PhysicsWallah), you will be part of one of India's fastest-growing education technology platforms, working in a mission-driven environment where your efforts directly impact the academic futures of aspiring students.
