Study Abroad Operations Manager

We are seeking a driven Study Abroad Operations Manager to take complete ownership of our end-to-end student journey, from university applications through to visa approvals. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the full application lifecycle including profile assessments, university shortlisting, online submissions, and progress tracking - Manage and finalise critical application documents such as Statements of Purpose and Letters of Recommendation - Provide expert guidance on visa applications for destinations including the US, UK, Canada, Germany, and more, ensuring compliance with current immigration regulations - Serve as the primary point of contact between university partners, embassies, and third-party service providers covering loans, accommodation, and health insurance - Address student and parent concerns related to finances, culture, and career outcomes with confidence and clarity - Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records using the in-house CRM platform Required Qualifications - 1 to 3 years of operations experience in consulting, ed-tech, or service-based environments; exceptional freshers with strong organisational skills are also welcome - Meticulous attention to detail in research, documentation, and file management - Strong understanding of or the ability to quickly learn application and visa processes for leading study destinations - Ability to give and receive direct, constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment - Self-starter mindset with total accountability and zero dependence on micromanagement Why Join Us Nbyula offers top-of-market compensation, genuine time-off flexibility, full financial and decision-making autonomy, and the chance to earn stock options in a company redefining a 255 billion dollar global market. - 1 to 3 years of operations experience in ed-tech, consulting, or services - Strong knowledge of study abroad application and visa processes - Exceptional attention to detail in document and file management - Proficiency with CRM tools for student record management - Excellent communication skills to address student and parent concerns - Ability to work autonomously with full ownership of outcomes - Willingness to give and receive blunt, constructive feedback
