Sr Insurance Associate

Role Overview MetLife is seeking a detail-oriented Sr Insurance Associate to join our global operations team in Noida. In this role, you will create, update, and maintain provider records within our internal systems while resolving data discrepancies. Key Responsibilities - Create, update, and maintain accurate provider records in internal systems. - Conduct research across multiple systems to resolve discrepancies in provider information. - Utilize mainframes, dental applications, PCs, and web tools to validate provider data. - Ensure provider billing and rendering information complies with established eligibility guidelines. - Maintain and update system logs accurately based on actions taken. - Coordinate with process specialists to resolve complex data issues. - Work efficiently in a production-driven environment to meet accuracy and speed targets. Required Qualifications - Any graduate or postgraduate with a willingness to build a career in insurance operations. - Minimum keyboarding speed of 30 words per minute with 90 percent accuracy. - Good written and verbal communication skills in the English language. - Comfort navigating multiple computer screens and application databases simultaneously. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, five days a week from the Noida office.
