Sr Insurance Associate

Role Overview MetLife is hiring a Sr Insurance Associate for a hybrid role in Noida. In this role, you will create, validate, and update provider records in our database systems while researching discrepancies between claims and referral data. Key Responsibilities - Create, validate, and update provider billing and rendering records in internal systems. - Conduct cross-system research to resolve database discrepancies in provider information. - Navigate multiple computer mainframes, dental applications, and internet-based systems. - Maintain detailed system logs of all actions taken and update logs accordingly. - Collaborate with process specialists to address complex claims and provider queries. - Deliver high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Required Qualifications - Any graduate or postgraduate (freshers are welcome to apply). - Keyboarding speed of at least 30 words per minute with 90 percent accuracy. - Good written and verbal English communication and reading comprehension skills. - Comfort working with multiple computer screens and database applications. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and visit the office at least three days per week.
