Job Description

Role Overview Precision AQ is looking for a Software Engineer II in Bengaluru to configure and deliver client-facing applications. You will maintain the health care application systems in operation, troubleshoot application issues, and perform root cause analysis. Working in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support, you will play a key role in client relationship management and technical operations. Key Responsibilities - Configure and update client-facing applications in compliance with requirements and MLR guidelines. - Coordinate with Application Development to deploy software releases in UAT and Production. - Set up environments for new implementations and configure Single Sign-On integrations. - Document standard operating procedures and create WIKI articles for repetitive processes. - Measure key performance indicators like bug density, sprint analysis, and test coverage. - Support the development of product unit tests for future regression testing. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience as an application engineer, developer, or support engineer. - Strong grasp of Git fundamentals and day-to-day repository usage. - Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Windows, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Experience working within an Agile development lifecycle. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in application configuration, engineering, or support. Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Proficient with Git version control and Agile development methodologies. Working knowledge of Azure hosting components and deployment tools like Azure DevOps or Octopus. Experience with Veeva or Salesforce, and US Healthcare or Market Access is a plus.
