Role Overview BMW KUN Exclusive, Tamil Nadu's premier luxury automotive dealership, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, team operations, and brand storytelling across multiple digital platforms. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of luxury automotive culture and cutting-edge digital marketing. You will be the driving force behind KUN BMW's social media presence, crafting narratives that resonate with a discerning, aspirational audience. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn - Build and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars that align with brand campaigns and product launches - Lead a team of 15 or more content creators, coordinators, and social media executives - Monitor and act on emerging trends, viral content opportunities, and platform algorithm updates - Oversee content quality control to ensure consistency with BMW KUN Exclusive's luxury brand identity - Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to ideate and deliver high-quality content - Manage social media queues and ensure timely publishing across all active accounts Required Qualifications - Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Strong background in content ideation, trend analysis, and audience engagement strategies - Hands-on experience creating and managing social media content calendars at scale - Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams of 15 or more members - Prior experience in a Social Media Lead, Queue Manager, or equivalent senior role - Excellent understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and luxury market sensibilities - A genuine passion for automobiles is a significant advantage Why Join Us At BMW KUN Exclusive, you will have exclusive access to some of the world's finest luxury vehicles and the opportunity to work on premium automotive campaigns that set new benchmarks in digital marketing. Requirements

- Experience managing multiple social media accounts across platforms - Strong content ideation and trend-spotting skills - Expertise in social media content calendar creation and management - Team leadership experience with groups of 15 or more members - Proven track record in a Social Media Manager or Queue Manager role - Ability to maintain brand consistency and content quality at high volume - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Passion for automobiles and luxury automotive culture preferred
