SIAM Lead - Service Integration and Management

Role Overview AceStack is looking for a seasoned SIAM Lead to take charge of end-to-end service integration and management at our Chennai location. This is a contract role requiring a face-to-face interview and is best suited for a mid-senior professional with a strong background in integrated service delivery and multi-vendor governance. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary SIAM Lead accountable for end-to-end service integration across all delivery towers - Define, implement, and continuously govern the SIAM operating model, associated policies, and service processes - Drive effective collaboration among multiple service providers to ensure seamless and consistent end-to-end service delivery - Own and chair governance forums including Operational, Tactical, Strategic, and Quarterly Business Reviews - Monitor and enforce SLA and KPI adherence, lead service improvement plans, and drive corrective actions where needed - Lead major incident management activities including cross-vendor coordination, root cause analysis quality reviews, and incident prevention strategies - Manage risk, compliance, and audit requirements alongside continual service improvement initiatives - Act as the single point of accountability for all integrated service outcomes delivered to the customer Required Qualifications - 10 to 15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in SIAM or integrated service delivery roles - Strong understanding of SIAM operating models, service integration layers, and ITIL v4 practices - Proven track record managing multiple vendors and tower-based service providers across infrastructure and application domains - Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, covering Incident, Problem, Change, SLA, CMDB, and Reporting modules - Solid exposure to service governance frameworks including OLAs, SLAs, KPIs, and RACI models Why Join Us AceStack offers a high-impact leadership opportunity where you will shape enterprise-level service integration for a demanding and dynamic client environment.
