Service Technician - Mechanic Trainee

Role Overview GLOINNT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Service Technician - Mechanic Trainee to join our team in Bengaluru. In this entry-level role, you will receive hands-on training to support the maintenance and servicing of aeronautical tooling and ground support equipment. You will work closely with senior engineers to build a strong foundation in mechanical and hydraulic systems. Key Responsibilities - Assist senior technicians in the inspection, servicing, and basic maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic tools. - Learn and participate in the dismantling, assembly, adjustment, and calibration of industrial equipment. - Perform functional checks, load testing, and quality inspections of repaired tools before delivery. - Maintain workshop cleanliness, organize tools, and strictly follow safety compliance guidelines. - Help update service records and documentation in the ERP system for completed work orders. Required Qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering. - Basic understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. - Strong eagerness to learn diagnostic, repair, and calibration techniques. - Good hands-on attitude with a disciplined and safety-conscious approach to workshop operations. - Ability to read technical drawings and basic technical English reading skills.
