Senior Software Engineer - C# .NET Developer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in C# .NET to join our Backend Development team in Chennai. In this role, you will contribute to building scalable, high-performance software solutions that power our AI-driven digital workspace platform. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop software solutions using C#, .NET Core, .NET Standard, and ASP.NET - Build and maintain cloud-native applications leveraging Kafka, microservices, and modern cloud design patterns - Design and implement robust RESTful APIs with attention to versioning, backward compatibility, authentication, and rate limiting - Drive improvements in DevOps practices, Agile workflows, and CI/CD pipelines - Create scalable software architectures for new and existing platform use cases - Collaborate across cross-functional and distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality products - Continuously improve code quality and advance technical capabilities within the team Required Qualifications - 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in software engineering - Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET Standard, and ASP.NET - Proven experience in designing high-performance, scalable distributed systems - Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud design patterns - Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms - Strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams Why Join Us At Omnissa, you will work on cutting-edge technology that redefines how millions of employees experience digital work worldwide.
