Senior Relationship Manager - Wealth

As a Senior Relationship Manager in the Wealth division, you will serve as the primary face of the business, responsible for onboarding and managing channel partners including IFAs, MFDs, and RIAs while driving revenue growth through a comprehensive suite of financial products. Key Responsibilities - Acquire, build, and nurture strong long-term relationships with IFAs, MFDs, and RIAs across the region - Demonstrate deep product knowledge across NCDs, AIFs, PMS, Mutual Funds, Insurance, GSecs, Corporate Bonds, Commercial Papers, and PTCs - Educate and advise clients on the features, benefits, and associated risks of various wealth management instruments - Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence - Drive business growth by cross-selling wealth products and services to an existing client base - Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute meaningfully to overall wealth business expansion - Conduct thorough due diligence on investment products and service providers to effectively mitigate risk - Maintain accurate and compliant records of all client interactions and transactions - Organise and participate in seminars, workshops, and other business development initiatives Required Qualifications - Proven experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related relationship management roles - Strong understanding of fixed income instruments, market-linked products, and alternative investments - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a competitive financial services environment - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards applicable to wealth products - Ability to independently manage a portfolio of high-value channel partners Why Join Us Yubi Markets offers an exciting opportunity to be part of India's fastest-growing fintech unicorn with a mission to democratize access to high-quality financial products.
