Senior Finance Executive

Role Overview Represent Media, a full-scale brand and marketing agency based in Bengaluru, is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to take complete ownership of the company's financial health. This is not a routine accounting role — it demands a strategic mindset, strong financial discipline, and the ability to act as a true business partner. The ideal candidate will drive financial efficiency, manage working capital, and support the agency's growth through sound fiscal management. Key Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end income and expense management while maintaining accurate financial records and MIS reports - Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability at all times - Track incoming payments, follow up on outstanding client invoices, and manage timely vendor disbursements - Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor bank balances and transactions - Strategically manage company funds and recommend better investment avenues to maximise returns while maintaining liquidity - Conduct periodic expense audits to identify cost leakages and implement cost-control measures across departments - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and statutory filings - Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders Required Qualifications - 5 to 8 or more years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field - Strong knowledge of financial planning, cash flow management, and accounting principles - Hands-on experience with BRS, financial audits, and internal controls - Familiarity with investment strategies and treasury management - Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools such as Tally or Zoho Books - Excellent attention to detail with a high sense of ownership and accountability Why Join Us Join a dynamic and growing brand agency where your financial expertise will directly shape business decisions and growth strategy.
