Role Overview
As a Senior Associate in Customer Support, you will handle international customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues through voice-based communication. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assess customer needs while maintaining high satisfaction levels in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries and complaints via phone calls with professionalism and patience
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies for customers across different time zones
- Assess customer needs and requirements to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in international BPO voice processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexibly across rotational and night shifts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
