Senior Analyst - R&D Support

Role Overview Elanco is a global leader in animal health, committed to innovation and delivering solutions that prevent and treat disease in farm animals and companion pets. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Services Operations and Integration Senior Analyst to join our Research and Development Global Operations and Transformation team in Bengaluru. This role is central to advancing Operational Excellence and managing Capital Expenditure portfolio activities across Elanco's global R&D operations. Key Responsibilities - Drive operational excellence initiatives within the R&D Global Operations and Transformation function - Administer and manage Capital Expenditure portfolio activities to ensure projects progress efficiently from concept to execution - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across global teams to align project timelines and investment priorities - Support financial tracking and reporting related to CapEx projects within the R&D footprint - Contribute to process improvement and transformation efforts in a globally distributed environment Required Qualifications - Prior experience or strong academic background in finance, operations, or project management - Solid financial acumen with an understanding of capital expenditure planning and reporting - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and globally distributed setting - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Familiarity with operational excellence frameworks is an added advantage Why Join Us At Elanco, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that champions innovation and new ways of thinking.
