Senior ADM Analyst

Role Overview Navan is seeking a Senior ADM Analyst to lead global debit and credit memo workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across third-party partners and internal teams. This is a strategic role that goes beyond resolving individual disputes and focuses on identifying systemic issues, reducing financial leakage, and automating back-office operations. You will serve as the final escalation point for complex disputes while managing key airline and GDS relationships. Key Responsibilities - Design and optimise end-to-end dispute workflows to reduce financial leakage and improve recovery rates - Conduct deep-dive gap analyses to identify systemic ticketing errors and implement preventative controls - Lead fraud and chargeback investigations in collaboration with Fraud and Risk teams - Act as the final escalation point for complex disputes, negotiating settlements and securing waivers with airlines and GDS providers - Partner with internal Operations, Product, and Airline Partnerships teams to align technical ticketing issues with financial reporting - Build and maintain relationships with airline desks and GDS providers to facilitate goodwill waivers and resolve long-standing discrepancies - Monitor vendor performance and provide technical guidance to ensure global third-party partners meet accuracy and recovery targets - Transform raw memo data into actionable dashboards and KPIs to highlight operational trends - Manage Jira-based project lifecycles for back-office application enhancements Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in travel industry operations with a strong focus on ticketing and revenue recovery - Expert-level proficiency in at least one GDS platform such as Sabre or Amadeus - In-depth knowledge of ARC, BSP, NDC distribution, and full ticket lifecycle management - Proven track record of developing strategies to reduce recurring debit memos and minimise financial loss - Strong ability to manage and interpret ADM data and translate complex data into stakeholder-friendly reports - Demonstrated negotiation skills with airline desks and GDS providers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels - Self-driven and adaptable with experience leading initiatives in fast-paced environments Why Join Us Navan is a fast-growing travel and expense management platform where you will play a key role in shaping global operational processes.
