Security Consultant - Cloud Security Services

Role Overview IBM Consulting is looking for an experienced Cloud Security Consultant to join its growing team in Chennai. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise clients across industries to help them navigate the complexities of hybrid and multi-cloud security. You will be part of a global consulting practice that combines IBM technology, Red Hat capabilities, and strategic partnerships to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities - Identify and articulate business drivers to shape cloud security strategies aligned with client goals and priorities - Design and implement end-to-end security services covering risk and compliance, application security, data protection, endpoint security, and network security - Deliver cloud security solutions by applying hands-on technical expertise to address each client's unique security challenges - Guide client IT and business stakeholders on cloud security best practices, risk management frameworks, and compliance requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address native and non-native security concerns across hybrid and multi-cloud environments Required Qualifications - Exposure to cloud security strategy development across domains such as risk and compliance, application, data, endpoint, and network - Experience implementing security services on hybrid and multi-cloud platforms - Ability to deliver technical cloud security solutions in collaboration with diverse stakeholders - Familiarity with cloud security best practices, risk management approaches, and compliance standards - Master's degree preferred Why Join Us At IBM Consulting, you will thrive in a culture that values curiosity, empathy, and continuous growth, with access to world-class technology and a global network of experts.
