Security Consultant - Cloud Security Services

Role Overview IBM Consulting is looking for a skilled Cloud Security Consultant to join its growing team in Chennai. In this role, you will work closely with client IT and business leaders to help them understand, plan, and strengthen their security posture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Key Responsibilities - Define and articulate business drivers to shape effective cloud security strategies aligned with client goals - Design and implement end-to-end security services spanning risk and compliance, application security, data protection, endpoint, and network domains - Deliver cloud security solutions by applying deep technical expertise and collaborating directly with client stakeholders - Provide authoritative guidance on cloud security best practices, risk management, and regulatory compliance - Support clients in evaluating and improving their overall cloud security posture across native and non-native environments Required Qualifications - Exposure to cloud security strategy development across domains including risk, compliance, application, data, endpoint, and network - Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud security implementation addressing both native and non-native security concerns - Hands-on experience delivering technical cloud security solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders - Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, standards, and best practices to guide client decision-making - Masters degree preferred Why Join Us At IBM Consulting, you will work with some of the world's most influential organisations while being supported by IBM's powerful technology ecosystem including Red Hat and strategic global partners.
