SAP PP/PP-DS Consultant Senior

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior SAP PP/PP-DS Consultant with 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling to support and continuously optimize manufacturing planning processes. This is an immediate to short-notice opportunity suited for professionals ready to make an impact from day one. Key Responsibilities - Gather and analyze production planning and detailed scheduling requirements from business stakeholders - Configure, maintain, and support end-to-end SAP PP and PP/DS processes - Manage MRP runs, Planned Orders, Production Orders, Bills of Materials, Routings, and Capacity Planning - Prepare detailed functional specifications and work collaboratively with technical development teams - Plan and lead testing cycles including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT - Provide support during Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Application Managed Services activities - Coordinate closely with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations Required Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and PP/DS modules - Proven expertise in Manufacturing Planning, Detailed Scheduling, and MRP - Solid knowledge of Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, and Capacity Planning - Demonstrated experience in testing, documentation, and production support - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Preferred experience in SAP S/4HANA PP/DS, MM integration, and global or high-volume delivery environments Why Join Us This role offers the chance to work on impactful manufacturing transformation projects within a collaborative environment that values technical excellence. - 10 to 15 years of SAP PP and PP/DS experience - Expertise in MRP, Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, and Capacity Planning - Experience with Unit Testing, SIT, Regression Testing, and UAT - Support experience across Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases - Strong functional specification writing and documentation skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - SAP S/4HANA PP/DS experience preferred - MM and Manufacturing Integration knowledge preferred - Immediate to 30-day notice period required
